Some would describe this as "cobalt" blue but the actual rhinestone Austrian crystal color that was used by Weiss is called "Montana Blue".    This is a demi-parure pin and earrings set by WEISS, with dogtoothed settings. rhodium plating,  cushion brooch measures 1 1/2" inches in diameter, clip-on earrings measure 1 1/8" inch.   All stunning, sparkling and yummy!
